Green Room united Room R# - Technic T# - Person P#
R#:Each available room is in the energy saving Stand by mode as long as it is not used. .
The heating will be reduced and the blinds will be shut down.
T#:Active room controlling of heating/cooling system, air condition, shading etc.
The room is only activated during occupancy. Temperature and air condition are adjusted do the defined settings.
P#:Short to the CheckIn the room has the desired temperature, is adequately ventilated, the blinds are opened and the light creating a convenient atmosphere.
As soon as the room is obtained every guest has the possibility to adapt the
temperature, light und blinds to their sensibility.
Regular guests may also have a personal climate profile controlled by the system.
If the room is not used during day time, the blinds may be closed in order to lower the costs of heating or cooling.

By commercial user interfaces - “all over the world”
Due to the internet-browser-technology, the system can be controlled by any authorized internet connection. This enables central managment and controlling of several objects. Standardized operating consoles in combination with live video images let the technology behind fall into oblivion. Logical and simply designed user interfaces are allowing the interrogation and operating via computer, notebook, mobile phone, PDA or phone.

Room Control
From the time of the CheckIn every guest has the option to adept the room control to his own desires by the VoIP Phone The guest is able to set the temperature, switch light scenarios, open or close the blinds etc. |

This optional touch panel does not only control the room managment, it also offers a variety of other possibilities. The guest will be welcomed in his mother language on the display, will get interresting offers like (menu, events, excursions, etc.) The guest will be thankful for the latest news B E N E F I T : The bigger the offer, the bigger the demand. |

General control „Best Room“ Lights, heating, cameras, etc. will be monitored in the floorplan and connected with the appropriate switching icons. By clicking at the icons the light is switched on, the heating is set, or pictures of the observing system is displayed, etc. All alarms will be recoreded and monitored for the further processing. If alarms are not confirmed, they will be forwared according to your organization sturcture. |

Room management „Best Room“ Occupied and available rooms will be monitored well arranged. Free rooms will be switched in the energy saving stand by mode. For the time of the reservation is the room activated which means that the room will be climated as desired. This parameters are saved till the guest leaves, afterwards the room will be automatically switched back to the stand by mode. |

Room control „Best Room“ Optional touch panels complete the comfort control. Real pictures are allowing to switch light, blinds, etc. by tapping at the picture. The visualization can be adapted to your needs, (charts, graphics,...) |
